I had just found out about 3 hours ago that someone had changed my account 2 days ago. When I contacted cricket customer service I was told that my account was new and that I had to pay 2 months worth of bill. I was told that ANYONE who knew my name, address number could walk in to any outlet and make the change. When I asked What state, city it was made I was told they did not have that information. B.S. I tryed to get this issue resolved and I was told that I had to pay this amount that I did not owe. I had found my original order number and called back to try and get this resolved. the person told me I had to pay and hung up on me. read full review »
