I bought and LG AC over 2 weeks back and raised several requests for Installation ( 2 Tonne Window AC) . Every time I was promised that someone would visit / come and instal within 24 hours.. However no-one ever turned up. ... A service engineer came to check if AC was installed.. I got sms's for Customer satisfaction, I got calls asking if I was happy with LG service..
