On Tuesday, 3/16/2010, we noted that there was one person ("order expediter" ??) eating while filling customer orders (bags and trays); there was another person counting out a cash drawer in the food preparation area, only inches away from where burgers were being assembled; there were few tables that were clean, although the restaurant was virtually empty and there were approximately 6 - 7 people on duty, that we could see.
