I joined NetFlix last summer and have been exceptionally happy with it. Their customer service is among the best I've encountered. However, the past few weeks, their service is flagging. Before I've been able to mail a movie one day and them receive it the next. However, now they suddenly "don't receive it" for at least one more day. Also, there will often be a reason they cannot ship out the DVD I have requested. Even if it says "available now" it sometimes will not go out.
