I'm an existing member with cricket wireless. I've had to replace 3 phones. This fourth phone i only bought cause i was assured a credit to my account. So, being led to believe i could use the extra money to purchase a phone rather than switching carriers i bought a phone only to find out there was no credit toward account. After speaking to several customer service reps overseas whom could not understand the situation and i had to repeatedly explain no resolution came of it.
