If you told me 3 years ago, that convicted criminals, who were once fugitives in the US for a multi-million dollar oil scam could come here to Canada, and succeed in operating another scam of innocent citizens, I would have told you "No way possible. Our government would not allow this to happen. There are people and laws in place to protect us... to look out for our best interest.
