I am in Bharuch and we get Surat edition. My newspaper agent is sending the TOI CREST compulsorily to all TOI regular subscribers and they do not have choice to say no to TOI CREST. Atleast that was is happening to Bharuch readers. I have been requesting my newspaper agent for not delivering TOI CREST since last two weeks but he shows his helplessness saying this comes as bundeled from times office with Monday issue of TOI for Bharuch readers and it is compulsory.
