Hi everyone. I strongly agree with the posts and the reality behind the flashy advertisements of Samsung products which dupe the customers by telling lies. The company is a major let down in all products: be it television, washing machine, mobile phones and to top it all air conditioners. I bought a 1.5 ton Samsung ac in the year 2007. After a month the ac’s efficiency kept declining and the cooling reduced to an extent that even a cooler would function better in hot Delhi summer.
