I ordered a product but soon realized the description I had seen was incomplete on the type of material. I wanted a video rocker chair with a metal frame, not wood. Turns out, the item I saw was on a different site. So I called customer service and asked if the chair I ordered was made of wood or metal. The answer was not immediately available.
