I purchased a 80-gz zune over 2-years ago today it dont work and the store will not take it back I contacted microsoft who gives me the run around and keep giving me false information. They aren't standing behind their product this item should have lasted longer I cant even find how to return this to them even for repair or replacement... what do a person do when they think they have a good product and dont and the company want even try to help fix it or even get replacement for it..
