I tried Cablevision because their monthly cost would have been much less than my current FIOS bill. After 2 days I realized I had made a grave mistake. The picture quality is awful. Their internet speed in 1.4 that of Verizons and now they won't call me back to remove the service. Their personal customer service rep Manuel 201-560-8150 promised me the sun and moon but now tells me to call Verizon if I want any help. I wish I had read the many poor reviews this company has gotten online prior to this but I did not. They truly deserve their awful reputation. STAY AWAY FROM CABLEVISION. read full review »
