Ok, I am writing this because I am really upset with the service & quality of videocon. I am regretting every second to have bought a videocon LCD TV. Few days back I woke up and switched my LCD on. Just after about 5 minutes it started burning from behind and immidiately the flames started to come out from the TV. It took me more than couple of minutes to stop the fire from further spreading. Now, the Videocon engineer which I am in touch with says that my LCD cannot be replaced and the Company can just replace the burnt part. After... read full review »
