What a joke these people are! I just received a summons for nonpayment of an account that Persels and Associates were "negotiating" however, the credit company states that Persels hasn't contacted them in 3 months, much less tried to negotiate! Now, I'm facing legal action while Persels is sitting on my money - DO NOT TRUST THEM. I found them through Care One and immediately had regrets - now, I'm locked into an 18 month program that is getting me absolutely nowhere. read full review »
