I have been trying to get Wells Fargo to correct my loan modification papers for three months. I have sent countless emails to a John Stump. I did receive a response from Thomas Linderman who was unable to answer my questions. I am still receiving calls from the Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation department requesting that I send in the signed paperwork to finalize my loan modification.
