After doing a search, this company runs under a number of names including www.remoteunlock.com, www.remotecellunlocking.com, www.wirelessphoneunlocking, and possibly www.bellunlocked.com and www.siteroar.com Typical chargeback scam. They charge your card (or paypal) for the code, three days later you get an email saying they cant supply the code, then because its only $10.99AU they hope you couldn't be bothered to contact your card issuer for such a small amount.
