the rebates offered are not honored. they ask for info. on the rebate forms that is impossible to obtain; you have to jump through hoops to comply; and then you receive an e-mail giving you 7 days to return the requested info. which is again impossible to obtain; you have to re-submit late forms with partial info. that the call center says will do; which does;nt then you say it is;nt worth it and are screwed . you not only do not get a refund but your printer now needs ink; you need to see a therapist for all the stress you have incrued trying... read full review »
