DO NOT PAY THE $133.95!! This company is sending out collection letters stating that you never paid for the free product you ordered. Most likely your bank stopped the transaction because it was a fraudulant charge. When I called Healthy Online Services of Scottsdale, AZ after I received my "collection letter" I was met with less than professional service.
