I few months ago, I switched my office building's electric service from TXU to Reliant Energy. Yesterday, I received three phone calls from TXU salesmen trying to get me to switch back to TXU. If they're going to call three times in the same day, it demonstrates that (1) TXU engages in bullying, or (2) TXU is so poorly managed they have no way to manage sales calls to avoid the appearance of bullying. To make sure they get the message that I do not want to be called; I switched my residential provider to Reliant Energy yesterday. read full review »
