Dear Sir.. My parents had oredered for a modular kitchen with the full payment of 2.2lakhs in the month of may 2009...Even today (26th Mar 2010) the kitchen cabinet installation is incomplete...Inspite of several phone calls & direct visit to their store the response from their end is so pathetic...The incharge members(Mr.Nirmal raj, Mr.Vimal raj, Mr.Vijay, Mr.Rajesh) come with some excuses each time or they just avoid our phone calls... & the process of installation has been pending till date...My parents are over 60 yrs &... read full review »
