spect maintenance was called out to fix my shower. They couldn't fix the problem the first time so a second appointment was made which they failed to show up for. I had called to find out that the Plumber was sick. I then was forced to use them again as I didn't have any other plumbers on hand. The second time the Engineer came in to fix my shower cartridge, which I thought he had only to find out that when I went to use my shower later that day, I couldn't regulate the hot and cold water therefore they were called back... read full review »
