Nasty, rude behavior and incompetence is not a crime but false advertising and bait & switch is. I even called them back after being hung up on, thinking that I just caught an isolated jerk on the phone. Nope. The next person tried the same tactics and after politely insisting that I simply wanted what to know how to obtain their advertised rate, I was hung up on again.
