I signed up for 2 years of Sail Magazine in January, 2010 and received a confirmation dated Feb 8, 2010. I realized that the price I had paid was higher than from the magazine subscription dept itself and I called Magazine Union Readers Club to cancel the subscription - on Feb 25, 2010. I was told they would take care of it. The charge has gone through on my credit card so I called again, on March 17, 2010 to cancel again. I was told again that they would take care of it.
