I ordered Acai Berry Pure on January 22, 2010. I finally received shipment February 1st. Canceled on February 13. Could not take this product, made me shake all day. I was told by customer service that I would not be charged for this product. I offered to send the bottle back with the remaining pills. I was told this was not necessary. To my surprise when I received my bank statement I was charged $149.95.
