I purchased this product on 12/18/2008. The free trial for 30 days, on i/22/09 they billed my credit card 9.95 shipping. About a week or so later I called the number that was on my invoice to cancel my order and all I got was an automated message asking you to hold and then it would tell you to go to www.MyTrialSupport.com to chat with a live representative, I went to that site and found nothing any where.
