Had ordered a CD with a hard to find track needed for a presentation by a certain date, so included additional shipping charges for fast delivery. CD Universe sent the wrong CD and when I informed them of this and suggested they send the correct CD by Next Day Air so I would have it on time, they refused. This left me no choice but to demand a refund of the CD, express mail shipping charges, and the shipping charges for sending the incorrect CD back to them.
