I have bought a vacuun cleaner few days ago from Carrefour at Amman/Jordan. The sales department assured upon purchase that I am entitled to replace the item orask for refund in a week's time from date of purchase. The machine for some reason didn't work properly and was shutting down every few minutes. I asked the customer care at carrefour to replace it, they simply refused, and denied that they made such a promise. I tried to contact the upper management of Carrefour in Amman but to no avail .
