early this morning i have contacted customer service to address my product electronic order, once phone was answered a customer service rep named, Nick Johnson assisted me with the call. As i was attempting to explain my situation he rudely cut me off and assumed his own ending to the matter. he then mad a statement which i felt was really weird, unprofessional and down right inappropriate.
