So this is my experience with Evans Halshaw Ford Main dealer in Preston. I bought a second hand Ford Mondeo in May 2009. When I picked it up I noticed that the stereo was faulty and it was eating CDs. I rang the salesman and he said to fetch it in and they would swap it on the spot for a replacement. So I made the 30 min drive over to Preston and went to the service desk where I was told they would send it away for repairs which would take a few weeks.
