I called Chrylser financial to find out about the balance for the FINAL payment on my loan. It was verified that I was calling from my own phone. I was made to wait for an operator. After being made to wait I was RUDELY told that the information could not be given to me because I was not my husband who was named on the account. My husband is ill and unable to call himself.
