I first emailed product support and days later called the Manufacturer of the Noma Backup Power System 1800 I purchaed from Canadian Tire June 28, 2008 to see how I could get non warranty service or parts to needed for repair. I received and auto response that my email would be responded to promptly. 2 business day later no response... I replayed via email asking for info and still no reply. I then tracked down their customer service number, which is well hidden, and called. I was passed to a different number and they put on hold several time... read full review »
