Never Ever do any business with Universal Energy, or Universal Power, or Just Energy. Their door-to-door reps just tell you lies all the time and once you give them your utility bill(s), they got you. Other than you have to pay higher rate on your utility bill, several things they will never tell you, and you will end up with pay extra $$$: 1. There will be a "provincial benifit" charge on your account, and that can to anywhere up to $100 per month. 2. They can charge you on your electricity bill for about 10% percent every billing circle.
