We purchased tickets Jan 19th 2010 to let our son, daughter-in-law and two children fly down to Miami for 10 days-they were to fly March 16th 2010. We bought through Sears Travel who took photocopies of their passports and sent them on to WestJet. On March 16th after a two hour drive to Toronto, they found out the five year olds passport was 16 days out of date. This should have been csught by Sears and WestJet.
