i traded Debbie Frampton a finished barrel horse for a stud horse 5yr ago. I still cannot get any paper wrk on the horse. I gave her all of the things she needed now i am left hanging. It is sad that there are people out there like Debbie Frampton who in their minds really beleave and call themselves honest horse people.
