I have a store manager who is being in my belief, unfair towards me. She says I am slower at doing tasks on the floor, which is a bunch of "Betty Crocker" in my book and several others as well. So, she schedules me More nights and weekends now. Used to be one night a week or a weekend. Others have better schedules than I. They only have to work one weekend day and all days or one night in the week! She puts me on a weekend day and now one or two nights?! I have been with the company 15yrs!!
