I am residing at the place called ORATHANAD. My TNEB consumer # is 462 007 113 and the distribution Ref # is AE/EAST/OSM/ORD. WE HAVE A BROBLEM OF POWER FAILURE AND LOW VOLTAGE PROBLEM. I AM MAKING THIS EFFORT AFTER THE SEVERAL TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS MADE TO THE LOCAL EB STAFF INCLUDING THE AE FOR O&M. THEY DID NOTHING AND THEIR ANWERS WERE RIDICULOUS. AS A CONSUMER I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER MY GREIVENCES TO THE TNEB AUTHORITY IN ORDER TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SUCH MY CHILDREN SHALL DO THEIR EXAMS WELL. read full review »
