Bought a DVD - New Moon Saga - costing £12.71 and I heard that the real rice on TV adverts stating it is £10.71. I am sorry that why they charge different price in store comparing to the TV ad. This is how they make an extra cash by taking £2 more from people. So people you need to check you receipts before you leave the store as they might charge you something more than the right price. I am shocked and annoyed. Therefore I have forward this complaint to the Consumers Direct to investigate. read full review »
