This company is a scam. I purchased a book in December 2009 for $7.17 after the $5 coupon which did not clearly state the membership I was signing into. This scam cost me an additional $39.96 on unauthorized charges for a $12 book. I just called the company to cancel my membership and they said cancellation becomes effective immediately, which I will check in a week again to make sure. However, they did not offer to refund my money when I told them that I was not aware of this charge when I purchased the book. I would appreciate receiving a refund for a membership I was scammed into and did not use. read full review »
