I have been facing problems with my land line 04 3982310 & internet line since the last 3 weeks ever since a new system with Etisalat has been fixed in our building. I would like immediate attention to be given to this as it leaves me totally hadicap to be unable to call my children at home. We have been constantly complaining and the phone works for a day and then it is dead once again. There is no one who comes to attend to the complaint.
