I bought a PS2 Mod Chip - ModBo 4 for $27.70+ $13.95 shipping, total $41.65 from a site called ps2cover.com on 2nd feb 2010, I paid with my debit card. The money was taken quickly but the goods never arrived. I emailed to enquire where it was and they said they would chase it up. After a while of waiting I emailed again and they said they would send another out, that was 23rd feb, but it never arived.
