Sir, I have bought a brand new nokia bluetooth headset BH-105 within 2 weeks the earpiece of it got broken. I immediately, went to a Nokia care in chennai (ADYAR) I had a very irresponsible response saying that, they cant replace such damages, I dont think if u are selling a product U should also have alternatives options for the damage if faced. Im really upset with the response of the Nokia Care. I need a proper reponse for it. In Nokia website you have given a lot for your mobiles but very few for products like these. read full review »
