We tried to download Norton Annual Renewal on the 10th January 2010 but our computer would not accept it without a windows update. We proceeded to download the windows update which crashed our computer and we had to take it to be mended. ACS computers in Doncaster said our computer would need a windows upgrade to be able to download the renewal. We paid for the upgrade and also internet security at the same time to the value of £140.00. We have contacted Mastercard about the amount paid of £39.99 and they have suggested we contact yourselves first to get a refund. Yours Sincerely S Baker read full review »
