Set up my "funds are getting low" alerts on my cell phone and email - I would get alerts on days that I never used my card, saying I had insufficient funds, yet when I went to check my account online, to my surprise I still had money! Tell me why a week later, I was hit by 11 insufficient fee charges, never being alerted ONCE that my account was getting low on funds! I make 200 dollars every 2 weeks, and am a student. I can't afford $333 dollars in overdrafts just because of a bank error. WTF, CHASE!?!? I want WAMU back! read full review »
