There are no attorney's in any State except for California. They hire contracted attorney's in each state when the case comes up. If the attorney does not get on board in time! Then the BK does not go through. They do not send anyone to the court hearings and they do not answer their clients emails or calls. For the most part they tell the client to file bankruptcy to save their home, once they have filed, they do not even follow up on the BK cases.
