I have had the WORST customer service with ACS- I hardly know where to begin. I have spent hours of my time on the phone with them, having people either tell me A) they cannot resolve my complaint (so basically, telling me "too bad"), or B) telling me they have done whatever I'm requesting only to find out later that nothing changed and nothing was done.
