I have a Nokia N73 for some time now and it has been in for services and updates on numerous occasions. Problems such as 1) Freezing up 2) Swithces itself off and on 3) Flickering 4) Opens up software 5)All of a sudden doesn't recognize my memory card 6) Bad photo/video quality and the list is endless! I have contacted Nokia for a replacement phone, but they gave me the same model and told me that they don't exchange for another phone.
