Although i understand the anger of the other complaints on this board, as an ex-employee of dhl i would like to shed some light onto why the service is as bad as everybody is finding it!!! The drivers are very busy under a heavy workload ( unlawfully overweight at times ), management imposing financial fines on you if you are unable to locate an address and many parcels i came across even the recipient said" i would not have found it with this address on it" .
