When my daughter called and asked if she should make an appointment, she was told that they don't take apopintments, but she could come in at 6:30. We arrived at the salon at 6:25 and was told by the stylist, who was also covering the desk that it would be a 40 minute wait. I told him what stylist we wanted and noticed that she was with a client. I asked him why the wait, we were told to be here at 6:30.
