To whom ever is reading or searching this topic: over 30 people were scamed by First Gulf Bank on their rent-to-own contract at the Discovery Gardens Dubai. Everyone was sold on the matter were told that the only requirement to vacate the apartment prior to the lease period would be provide the bank with a one month notice. No obligations, no hidden charges and attachments.
