i recieved what i thought was going to be my birth certificate yesterday. instead it was a letter stating that no record was found. glad i paid the 65.00 to have nothing done and no refund.I contacted nys to find out that i needed to contact the village clerk where i was born. After spending 5 mins on the phone with this wonderful woman(village clerk) she said "why yes we have you right here.
