I was a washington mutual customer. had a 0% interest rate on my account. charged business things, always paid on time, always paid more then the required amount. they switched to chase bank- interest rate went up to 10%, okay, things are different now, dealt with it, then they raised my interest rate to 19%, couldn't pay off the balance and close my account because i didn't have the money. now they raised my rate to 24%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%.
